Quote :: This is a barn we use for our rescued horses and our unwanted foals. It has SIX large stalls (10x10). Two horses could easily sleep comfortably in each stall. You may need to add an extra feeding rack in them if you plan on more than one horse per stall. Each stall has an attached outdoor area for horses to play and relax. Four trucks and trailers are also available on the lot for your own personal use. Above the barn is the living area. It is rather small and is only really for one person, but you can easily add on to it as the barn is really large. NOTE: I think I forgot to put gates on the pasture things XD

Further Instructions: I would also like a sim house on the lot. with corrals and jumps, a pasture, vet facility, breeding quarters and anything else that is needed for a successful horse breeding/show jumping stable i would like the file sent via email if possible. I dont want it available for mass download if thats ok with you.
